Duncan residents celebrate Juneteenth Holiday

Residents this past Saturday gathered at Douglass Park to celebrate Juneteenth which became an official holiday as of last week. Starting the set up around noon, organizers including Edmond Culberson and his father gathered a bunch of their team to help celebrate the official holiday marking the emancipation of enslaved African Americans.
